Associate Doctor of Chiropractic Jamestown ND Position Summary:

New graduates or experienced chiropractor welcome! The associate doctor is responsible for patient care including intake, diagnosis, treatment plan development, patient progress, modification of treatments, revaluation of plans, and referrals. We utilize systems to ensure growth of the clinic, and mentor for personal, professional, and financial development. Doctors are expected to focus on treating, films, therapies, exercises. We provide the new of new patients for you. Some external marketing and relationship building is required. Training provided for all aspects of patient care and office systems, as well as personal and financial growth. We primarily use Diversified, Activator and Drop in our offices. Patient appointments are scheduled in 5-minute blocks but may be longer depending on what needs done. All doctors get training in the full systems to help them move patients from pain to wellness care, help with documentation and treatment plan recommendations, personal development programs and the priceless knowledge of how to be successful in their own practices. Full time doctors work around 35 treating hours per week. There is opportunity for advancement in the company from management of teams to offices to regions. We have weekly office meetings, bi-weekly one-on-one’s, professional coaching calls for the doctors and office staff, and quarterly company-wide training days.

Education & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Doctor of Chiropractic

·       State licensure

Physical Requirements:

·       Prolonged periods of standing

·       Ability to manually adjust 40+ patients daily

·       Ability to travel – less than 20%
